Outline is Done!

I've finished the outline.  There are 48 chapters at this time.  I'm feeling like Monk... I don't want a number of chapters that is not a multiple of ten.  May have to work that out later.

I still need to write the sermons for the revivals.  Whose idea was it to have a five night revival service in my novel?

LOL!  Somebody say... "Preach Preacher!"

I'm Not A Plotter

I tried to use the plotting method to prep my novel, but it didn't work for me.

I'll remain an outliner.

Finished the Plot

I finished my plot.  That was hard because I have two protagonists and the antagonists doesn't necessarily effect them in a traditional way.

Grading & Such...

Spent time today grading.  Got some Rewards set up.  Prepped my writing area.

Did some ten minute writing sets to figure out my writing speed.
Set 1: 436 Words (Outline in hand)
Set 2: 444 Words (No outline in hand)
Set 3: 335 Words (Outline in hand.  Had to do some research while writing.)
Set 4: 376 (No outline in hand. Had to do some research while writing.)

Average: 398

This means I can write about 2300 words in an hour.
May do two more...

The Way My Classes Are Set Up...

I realized this week that the way my classes are set up, I'll have more time to write my novel than I realized.

We're on the back end of the semester, and my classes are always easier when we get into November.

Yay!  I'm so excited.

Been Struggling with My Novel Prep

I've been struggling with my NaNo prep.  Not really into actually prepping the novel items.  It's been going slow.

I'm not sure if it's because my shoulder hurts or that I'm just dragging.

I hope that since I've finished my reading to refresh my knowledge, I'll be motivated to do more prepping.

Workshop for Work Today

I had a workshop for work today.  I was able to print some pictures out for the novel.  The pictures are making it real.

I didn't get any prep work done today.  I was grading the whole day.  My computer kept acting a fool with me, too.  Ugh!
